I’m all about movement. My 'Grinding' method isn't just exercise; it is about finding your natural rhythm, fixing your spinal alignment, and actually enjoying the process.

This is 'Grinding' for a tennis forehand. We use the spin bike to find the cyclical rhythm in the movement, focusing on hip work and how you hold the racket to build a powerful, efficient stroke from the ground up.

Here's my method in a nutshell. We build raw power with exercises like 200kg quarter squats, then refine it with Pilates reformer work for squat stability. It's the combination of strength and control that makes you a better athlete.

This is how I use the Pilates reformer for swimmers. This specific drill builds the posterior chain strength and coordination needed for a powerful breaststroke pull, all done on dry land.

The Dragon Flag is a serious test of core strength. Building this level of abdominal and hip flexor control is fundamental for athletes in sports like swimming, boxing, and wrestling to transfer power effectively.

Finding the batting rhythm for cricket using my 'Grinding' method. This cyclical movement drill focuses on alignment and awareness, helping you perfect your straight drive and overall timing. The same principles apply to a golf swing.

A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session combining sprints on the assault treadmill with heavy deadlifts. This is how we build explosive power and the endurance to sustain it.

Taking the training to the water. Here you can see the butterfly stroke in action, the result of dedicated dry-land drills and in-pool technique work. It's about connecting the gym work to real-world performance.

I believe movement should be enjoyed. It's not about being perfect. Sometimes you just have to play, explore, and have fun with it. It's all good.
