Movement is life, yaar. My approach isn't about rigid fitness plans, it's about finding flow. Whether we are on a gym floor or under a pipal tree, we focus on spinal stability, core strength, and enjoying the process.

This is my philosophy in a nutshell. We combine different types of movement, from running and heavy lifting to precise Pilates work on the reformer. It's all connected, and it all works together to make you better.

The Pilates reformer is an amazing tool for building strength and control. Here, I am using it to mimic the swimming breaststroke, engaging the back and core to create a powerful, fluid movement.

This is my 'Grinding' method. It's a cyclical movement I designed to find rhythm and flow, perfect for improving a cricket batting or golf swing. We focus on alignment and awareness to build muscle memory.

Movement is best when shared and enjoyed in nature. This is from my 'Under the Pipal Tree' workshop, where we focus on breathing, mobility, and connecting with our bodies outdoors.

The dragonfly is an advanced exercise that shows what a truly strong core can do. It requires total body control, connecting the upper and lower body through a stable center.

The Pilates teaser is a classic core challenge. I like to do it anywhere, even on a wall overlooking the city. It proves that all you need is your own body to build serious strength.

About Featured

I don't just count reps. My training centers on spinal articulation and rhythmic 'Grinding' to fix movement imbalances, whether you're recovering from back pain or prepping for a sport. We use everything from Pilates reformers to open-air terraces to make sure your body learns to move naturally again, not just mechanically.
