Zen Meditation and Philosophy Classes in Delhi
The mind is as important as the muscle. I teach seated meditation and chanting to build focus, reduce mental load, and bring peace into your daily life.
Sitting in Dhyana mudra, the gesture of meditation, calms the mind and brings balance. I practice this regularly to cultivate inner peace and focus, a core part of the Zen techniques I teach.
With a prayer to Amitabha Buddha, we cultivate focus and spiritual connection. This posture, performed at a sacred site, is a part of the Zen meditation and chanting we practice.
This image of a Bodhidharma statue reminds us to hold the vision and trust the process. This philosophy is central to our training, encouraging patience and perseverance on the path to mastery.
About this collection
You do not need prior experience to start this path. In my sessions, we focus on the Dhyana mudra and specific breathing patterns to steady your thoughts before we begin physical work. This is the foundation for everything else, as a calm mind makes a stronger body.
Philosophy is not just reading. It is cultivation. We practice Zazen and Chan meditation to look inward. When I teach, we use techniques like chanting 'Namo Amituofo' to clear the mind of negativity. This is not about escaping reality. It is about equipping you to handle your daily life in Delhi with a stable, focused spirit.
In my daily immersive program, we dedicate time specifically to these internal arts. You will learn to hold static postures that improve endurance, but the real work happens when you take this stillness off the mat. If your mind is distracted, your stance will break. We fix the mind to fix the body. Whether you join my weekend foundations or the intensive weekday batches, you will find that the discipline of meditation changes how you approach challenges at work and at home.
