Shaolin Fitness: Strength & Flexibility

My training builds functional strength, endurance, and deep flexibility. We use a combination of bodyweight exercises, traditional stance training, and guided stretching to achieve results like splits and backbends.

Qigong & Kung Fu Forms

This is where we cultivate and move Qi (life force) through mindful, traditional Shaolin movements. The focus is on intention, repetition, and mastering the fundamentals of each form for both energy balancing and physical skill.

Zen Meditation & Philosophy

The mind is as important as the muscle. We practice seated meditation, chanting, and embrace the core philosophies of Shaolin to build focus, reduce mental load, and bring peace into daily life.

My Shaolin Lineage: Journey to China

My teaching comes directly from the source, the Shaolin Temple in China. As a 34th generation secular disciple, I maintain a deep connection to the traditions, history, and sacred grounds of Shaolin.

Student Community & Achievements

Training is a journey, and we recognize the dedication of our students. This is a look at our community and the milestones they have achieved through consistent effort and discipline.
