Authentic Shaolin Kung Fu & Wellness in Delhi
I bring the traditions of the Shaolin Temple directly to my dojo in Delhi. This is a system for mind and body wellness that values repetition, discipline, and skill over showy movements.
This is the result of discipline and correct training. My Shaolin fitness routine focuses on scientific methods to build deep, functional flexibility and strength, making poses like the full split achievable through consistent practice.
Shaolin training is for everyone, no matter your profession. Here, my student practices a form in her work attire, showing how this discipline integrates into a busy life to build focus and physical control.
More Qi, train harder. I provide direct, hands-on guidance to help students push their limits safely. This is how we build real strength and willpower, one repetition at a time.
My morning workout is a daily practice of Shaolin kung fu forms. These movements are not just exercise; they are a form of moving meditation that cultivates Qi, our life force energy.
Kung Fu lies in perseverance, not in words. This is the core of my teaching. Through seated meditation and mental focus, we train the mind to be as strong and resilient as the body.
With the right skill and dedication, you can achieve remarkable physical feats. This student demonstrates a perfect front split, a testament to the effectiveness of our flexibility and conditioning training.
My training is rooted in an authentic lineage. This is me at the Shaolin Temple in China, before a statue of Bodhidharma, the patriarch who brought Zen and martial arts to Shaolin.
About this collection
When you step into my dojo in Shahpur Jat, forget about air conditioning or fancy commercial machines. We train on traditional interlocking mats, and we focus on the basics like Ma Bu (static stance training) because real stability comes from repetition. You will sweat, you will feel the burn in your legs, and you will learn to hold your ground—both on the mat and in your daily life.
My school follows the lineage I brought back from the Shaolin Temple in Songshan, China. Whether you are a student, a professional, or someone looking to find balance, the method remains the same: discipline first, results second.
The Training Approach
-
Qigong & Internal Energy: We do not just move muscles. Through Ba Duan Jin and Yi Jin Jing (tendon changing), we work on breath coordination and intention. It is about learning where to direct your focus so that energy flows where it is needed.
-
Physical Conditioning: You will see students achieving full splits or holding static poses. This is not gymnastics; it is the result of consistent, science-based flexibility training combined with functional strength drills. We use bodyweight exercises to build a body that is useful and resilient.
-
Zen Philosophy: We practice seated meditation and chanting to clear the mental load. If your mind is cluttered, your movements will be weak. We train to be calm, even under pressure.
What to Expect
This is not a quick-fix fitness class. It requires your consistency. You will learn Kung Fu forms, traditional conditioning, and self-defense skills, but you will also learn how to apply the principle of Zindagi jeenay kay liye hai (Life is for living) to your daily routine. We keep the batches small, with 8 to 12 students, to ensure I can provide hands-on correction, whether we are working on a simple punch or deep meditation.
