I blend lifting with yoga to create a balanced fitness experience. This is where we focus on lengthening muscles, improving mobility, and calming the mind. These sessions are perfect for active recovery, stress relief, and increasing your overall range of motion.

Whether you want to train for your first 5k or just want to feel that runner's high, I’ve got you. I offer beginner-friendly running guidance and cardio plans that build your stamina without burning you out. It’s about finding a pace and a joy in movement that lasts.
Train Anywhere: Home & Outdoors
Your fitness journey can happen anywhere. I design effective workout plans that you can do in a fully equipped gym, in the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment, or outdoors in the fresh air. My training is flexible to fit your lifestyle and preferences.
Living Fully: My Journey
For me, fitness is the engine that powers a full and adventurous life. It gives me the strength and confidence to travel, try new things, and be present for every moment. This is a look into my life outside the gym, and it's the "why" behind everything we do together.
