About Wearable Art: Boho Jewellery
I use real leaf impressions and hand-painted details to give my earrings and necklaces their organic character. Because they are hand-built from stoneware clay, they are surprisingly lightweight and fitted with hypoallergenic hardware, so you can comfortably wear them all day long without any skin irritation.
When I started making jewellery, my biggest challenge was finding the balance between artistic expression and comfort. Nobody wants to wear heavy earrings for hours, so I developed a technique using thin slab construction to keep the stoneware lightweight while retaining that raw, earthy aesthetic.
My jewellery collection revolves around nature and geometry. I love collecting interesting leaves from my walks and pressing them directly into the clay to capture their intricate veins, ensuring every pair of earrings is a unique snapshot of nature.
For the hardware, I strictly use hypoallergenic brass or gold-finish hooks, because I know how frustrating it can be to fall in love with a piece only to find your skin reacts to the metal. Whether you are looking for a statement necklace for an event or daily studs that show off a bit of your personality, these pieces are designed to be personal.
Please note that since everything is hand-built, slight variations in size or color are part of the process. They are not factory-made items, but pieces of clay shaped by my own hands. If you are ordering for an event, do reach out early so I can ensure your pieces are ready for your special day.
