This is where I explore new ideas. From mixing classic Ikat with tribal shells to experimenting with bold, modern geometric patterns, these are the one-of-a-kind pieces that didn't fit into my regular collections.

This is another view of my geometric patchwork necklace. The combination of hand-painted fabric, thread tassels, and a vibrant color palette makes it a standout piece of contemporary handcrafted jewelry.

A closer look at the green and red mandala pendant set. The hand-painted details and the brass ghungroos are clearly visible, showcasing the craftsmanship that goes into each piece.

This image shows my Warli art necklaces packaged and ready to be sent out. You can see both the white and pink versions, highlighting the consistent quality of my hand-painted work.

A beautiful shot of the red and yellow leaf-patterned fabric necklace set. The rich colors and detailed painting make this a warm, nature-inspired accessory.

This photo, taken on a woven basket, highlights the texture and structure of the red and black chevron bib necklace. It shows how the piece sits and the detail of the beadwork.

Another look at the 'Tree of Life' necklace set against a dark, textured background. This view emphasizes the bright yellow color and the delicate ghungroo details on the earrings.

This photo provides a clear, top-down view of the red, black, and gold statement necklace with cowrie shells, showcasing its intricate patterns and symmetrical design.

About Additional Work

Each of these sets is crafted using a stiffened mount board base covered in high-quality cotton or linen, which is why they feel nearly weightless despite their bold, statement look. You will find that the cotton dori cords are fully adjustable, so you can style them exactly how you like—worn high as a choker for a modern look or loose for a layered boho aesthetic.

How I Create These Pieces

These designs often start with me experimenting with fabric scraps or traditional prints like Kalamkari and Ajrakh that I happen to fall in love with. Unlike mass-produced items, no two pieces here are exactly the same. I build them on a sturdy mount board interior, which gives the jewelry its shape without the bulk of heavy metal.

I finish every piece with a protective varnish. This isn't just to make it shine; it seals the acrylic paint against moisture and dust, ensuring that the intricate Warli stick figures or delicate florals don't crack over time.

Why Lightweight Matters

I believe you shouldn't have to sacrifice comfort for style. That is why I design these to be 'feather-light.' Even the large, bib-style necklaces or those adorned with cowrie shells and ghungroos are easy to wear for an entire day—whether you are at a festive event, a wedding, or just dressing up for work.

Caring for Your Fabric Jewelry

Because these are made of fabric and hand-painted, they are delicate by nature.

  • Keep it Dry: Avoid wearing them in the rain or while swimming.
  • Storage: Store them in a dry, airtight box to keep the colors vibrant.
  • Cleaning: If they get dusty, a quick wipe with a dry, soft cloth is all you need. Please do not wash them.

If you see a specific pattern or color combination you love in these experimental designs, feel free to reach out. I can often recreate similar motifs if you have a specific outfit in mind.
