Combat Sports Conditioning: Build Real Power and Technique
Get fight-ready with authentic MMA and boxing drills. Whether you are a beginner or sharpening your competition skills, we focus on technique, power, and discipline over shortcuts.
This is how we integrate different aspects of MMA. The drill starts with boxing combinations on the pads, then transitions into a clinch, and finishes with a takedown. It’s about making these movements fluid and instinctive.
Progress is made one step at a time. This pad work session focuses on the fundamentals of boxing, drilling punches to build muscle memory and improve footwork. Every session is about getting a little bit better than the last.
Seeing my students improve is the best part of coaching. This clip shows a student working on his boxing combinations during a pad work drill. The focus is on speed, accuracy, and maintaining a solid defensive stance.
A lot of people ask how to increase their punching power. It's not just about arm strength; it's about kinetic energy from the ground up. In this instructional clip, we break down five key methods for developing a more powerful punch.
Whenever you're in doubt, go back to the basics. Here, I'm working with a student on fundamental boxing drills, focusing on keeping her guard up and throwing straight punches. A strong foundation is everything.
It was great to have my friend from Japan join for a training session. Here we are exchanging some light boxing drills, working on timing and reflexes. It's always good to learn from different training partners.
Sometimes my students find creative ways to win a round. While I don't recommend this "technique" in a real match, it definitely keeps training sessions interesting and full of laughs.
About Combat Sports Conditioning
We do not do fancy, climate-controlled gyms here in Sector 46. Our combat conditioning is raw and real, involving tractor tires, heavy sledgehammers, and repetitive bag work. When you train with me, I watch your form on every strike and takedown because building a solid, injury-free foundation is far more important than how many reps you can grind out.
Training That Gets Results
True combat conditioning is not about quick fixes. It is about building a body that can perform under pressure. My sessions for MMA and boxing are designed to test your engine and power, whether you are preparing for a bout or just want to train like a fighter. We move away from isolation machines and focus on functional, full-body movements.
The Setup
You will find no treadmills here. We use traditional tools like tractor tires, sledgehammers, and heavy bags to develop explosive strength and endurance. My facility in Gurugram, Sector 46, is a non-AC space with high-quality matted flooring. This environment forces you to focus on the grit and the grind, not the comfort. We keep group batches small, capped at 6-10 people, ensuring that I can provide direct feedback on your striking mechanics, footwork, and defensive posture.
Why Discipline Matters
I treat every student as a project. We break down complex movements, from the physics of a powerful punch to the nuances of clinching. Recovery is just as vital as the training itself, so we incorporate mobility work and cold water therapy to keep you moving forward. We are building habits that last. If you are ready to put in the work, you will find a community here that pushes you to be your best, every single day.
