Combat sports are a science, not a game of random movements. We break down the mechanics behind every strike, takedown, and defense so you understand exactly why you are fighting the way you are.

Coach Sid breaks down a specific offense versus defense drill. The goal is to isolate a single strike or a simple combo, allowing both fighters to focus on the mechanics of attack and defense without the chaos of a full spar.

"Always defense up." Coach Sid drills the importance of staying safe while executing combinations. We teach fighters to build defensive habits first, ensuring they are protected even while on the attack.

Understanding the 'why' behind the 'what'. The coach explains the purpose of a 1-2-3 combination, focusing on creating openings for counters. It is about strategy, not just throwing punches.

Wrestling fundamentals with Coach Sid. He explains the two primary stances, Ayatsu and Kinketsu, and the importance of hand fighting. "Ek haath neeche rahega" for defense, one hand up to control and off-balance the opponent.

Technique of the week with coach Udit Negi. He demonstrates a multi-level striking combination, starting with jabs to the body to change the opponent's level, followed by a cross and a head kick.

A classic Muay Thai counter. Coach Udit shows how to parry a lazy jab and immediately return with a powerful head kick. Timing and capitalizing on an opponent's mistake is key.

MMA is about chaining attacks. Here, the coach demonstrates how to use a fake and a hooking calf kick to off-balance an opponent, setting them up perfectly for an uppercut. Unpredictability wins fights.

This is how we blend disciplines. The coach shows how to counter a takedown attempt from the over-under position by creating an angle, using knees and elbows, and finishing with a head kick as the opponent tries to escape.

About Technique Breakdown: The Science of Combat

We break down every movement into the smallest detail, whether it is your wrestling stance or a Muay Thai clinch. Most gyms just tell you to punch harder, but we show you how to manage your distance, create openings, and use the 'why' behind every strike to dominate the round. If you find a technique hard to grasp, we don't skip it; we drill it until it is yours.

At Crosstrain Fight Club, we do not believe in short cuts. Whether you are training Muay Thai, Boxing, or Wrestling, you need to understand the mechanics behind the move. If your footwork is sloppy, your power is wasted. If you do not know your stance, you will get taken down.

We focus on the details that actually win fights:

  • Muay Thai: We teach you to use all eight limbs. We drill the clinch, the parries, and the counters. It is not just about throwing kicks, it is about setting them up and timing them perfectly.
  • Boxing: It starts with footwork. We teach you how to manage range, protect your chin, and create angles so you can hit without getting hit.
  • Wrestling: Whether it is closed or open stance, we teach you to control the hand fighting, protect your level, and finish the takedown. You have to learn the science of staying balanced before you try to slam anyone.

Our environment is raw. We use industrial fans, we have matted floors, and the sessions are tough. We are a fight club, not a fitness center. If you are looking for an easy workout, look elsewhere. If you are looking to become a fighter, you are in the right place. We operate out of Sainik Farm, Noida, Faridabad, and Siri Fort, where every session is designed to make you better than you were yesterday. You carry the grind; we provide the path.
