About this collection
At our Sanctum project in Ahmedabad, we moved away from rigid apartment layouts to introduce a 'Customize your BHK' concept. By building within a beamless grid, we allow residents to truly adapt their floor plans—whether that means expanding a bathroom or converting a bedroom into a lounge—ensuring the structure supports your daily life rather than dictating it.
Our residential and community work is an extension of our core belief: design should be responsive to the people who inhabit it. Take the 'Knowledge in Nooks' project in Ahmedabad; here, we are shaping an urban reading space that serves as an extension of the neighborhood itself, emphasizing accessible learning over imposing architecture.
In our residential projects, like Sanctum on Bopal-Ambli Road, we focus on the potential of the grid. Instead of rigid floor plans that force you to fit into pre-defined boxes, we prioritize flexibility. Whether you need space for a pet, extra room for a home office, or a dedicated lounge area, the design process starts with your specific needs. We sketch and rearrange, obsessing over textures and light, until the apartment feels less like a unit and more like a home.
