Designing Urban and Multi-Family Housing
We craft multi-family residential complexes that balance private sanctuary with communal interaction, ensuring every home receives optimal daylight and ventilation.
The Mars Mount luxury apartment complex, featuring over 120 homes. The facade is defined by a rhythmic pattern of angled blue balconies, creating a visually striking exterior.
The Poorvi Aairawath luxury apartment building on Kanakpura road. The design uses recessed balconies and a clean, geometric structure to create a modern and orderly facade.

The central courtyard and swimming pool area of a group housing project. The use of blue and yellow accents on the building facades adds a playful and vibrant character to the community space.
The facade of "The Humming Bird" apartment project in Bangalore. The design is characterized by a continuous, flowing line that creates a wave-like pattern, giving the building a unique and organic feel.
A detail of a housing project featuring brutalist-inspired design elements. The facade is dominated by strong horizontal lines created by louvers, which provide both a powerful aesthetic and functional sun shading.

About this collection
When designing large-scale housing, we focus on the 'push and pull' of the facade—creating modular, angled balcony structures that provide individual privacy while maintaining a cohesive, rhythmic aesthetic for the entire complex. This approach ensures that shared amenities, like courtyards and pool areas, remain open and inviting while each residential unit retains its own distinct sense of serenity and natural light.
Architecture in the multi-family domain requires more than simple repetition of units. Our approach treats the building as a programmatic whole, where the external skin acts as a functional filter for climate and light. Whether working with the sloped topology of a site like Mars Mount or the structured grid of an urban layout, we employ geometric strategies to manage solar gain and privacy.
Designing for Community and Climate
Our housing projects are centered around the 'streetscape'—viewing common areas, pathways, and play zones as interactive nodes rather than leftover space. In projects like Anand Somu Pristine, we integrate leisure amenities directly into the circulation path to encourage resident engagement.
We prioritize sustainability through:
- Passive Design: Strategic window placement to ensure cross-ventilation, reducing the need for mechanical cooling.
- Water Management: Implementing on-site rainwater harvesting and recycling systems for treated wastewater, essential for the long-term viability of high-density housing.
- Vastu Compliance: Planning layouts that align with traditional spatial principles without compromising modern architectural clarity.
From the use of louvers to control shading on brutalist-inspired facades to the careful selection of durable, low-maintenance materials for exteriors, we ensure that the building ages gracefully within the Bangalore urban fabric. Our goal is to provide a housing experience that feels personal, bright, and connected to the environment.
