Dance is my escape and my therapy. This is the raw truth about navigating ADHD and Bipolar disorder through movement, and how we find joy even on the hardest days.

This is part of my "Dark to Dopamine" journey. Some days, my own body feels like the enemy, but I still show up. This is me, finding my way back to the light, again.

A face that's fighting a silent war. I post this for me, and for you, as a reminder that we can rise again, even from the darkest places.

This isn't about perfection, it's about showing up. Even when your heart is heavy and your brain is noisy. We are in this together.

My birthday reflection. Living with neurodivergence means celebrating survival. Every time I show up to dance, it's a radical act of self-love. I'm not lazy, I'm just trying.

This was after pulling off 4 classes on less than 48 hours of sleep due to my medication. The fear was real, but the satisfaction of getting through it was everything.

The post-class glow, even after the toughest days. Dance gives me a reason to smile, a moment of peace in the chaos.

"There are decades when nothing happens. There are weeks when DECADES happen." This photo captures a moment of feeling the shift, of embracing the storm and the calm.

About More Than a Workout: My Story

You might be wondering if my classes are intense. They are, but they are also designed for safety and inclusion. Whether you are dealing with your own mental health challenges, recovering from a burnout, or just looking for a space where you don't have to perform perfection, you will fit in here. I do not expect you to be a pro dancer or a fitness enthusiast. I expect you to show up as you are, and we will handle the rest together through the music.
