Fitness Coaching: From Surgery to Strength
Fitness is not about being perfect. It is about showing up, celebrating small wins, and finding strength in your own skin. Whether you are recovering from an injury or just starting, let us make movement work for you.
This video is my entire 2024 in a nutshell. I started the year with a knee injury, followed by a major surgery. The recovery was tough, but it taught me what it truly means to be strong. This is my 'surgery to strength' journey, and it’s the foundation of how I coach. I understand setbacks because I’ve lived them.
This is the kind of strength I help you build. A moment of pure focus and power during a deadlift at my first powerlifting competition. My coaching will guide you to master foundational lifts like this, focusing on proper form to build strength safely and effectively, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned lifter.
This is my core belief. Your fitness journey isn't defined by the weight on the bar or how flexible you are. It's about the drive to show up, the persistence to keep going, and the passion for your own goals. I coach the person, not just the exercise.
This was a huge personal win. For the first time, I wore a cropped top to the gym, not because I was at my leanest, but because I was at my most confident. My coaching is about helping you feel good and strong in your own skin, celebrating your body for what it can do, not just how it looks.
Strength isn't just about barbells. This is me during a Hyrox competition, a race that tests both strength and endurance. My functional fitness coaching incorporates varied movements like sled pushes to build real world strength that makes you ready for any challenge.
Feeling overwhelmed? My rule is simple: *Bas 5 minute karo* (Just do 5 minutes). This video explains my 'five minute action' trick to beat procrastination. It’s about building small, consistent habits that lead to big results, making fitness a sustainable part of your life.
Here’s a look at how I build a balanced meal. This isn't about extreme diets, but about smart, sustainable nutrition. I show you how to plate your food to get the right mix of protein, carbs, and veggies, fueling your body for performance and recovery.
Seven weeks after surgery, I was back on the trail. This was a huge milestone in my recovery, a 13,000 step walk that felt like a massive victory. It shows that progress is made one step at a time, and I’ll be there to guide you through each step of your own journey.
About Featured
If you are nervous about starting, do not overthink the big goal. My rule is simple: Bas 5 minute karo (just do 5 minutes). Whether it is laying out your gym clothes, setting your schedule, or doing a quick stretch, that five-minute action is usually all you need to beat the procrastination and get your momentum going.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in my personal journey from a knee injury and major surgery back to the barbell. I do not believe in extreme, scary workouts. Instead, I focus on sustainable strength training that builds you up without burning you out.
How I Help You Train
Whether you are looking for online strength coaching in Bangalore or in-person guidance, I structure my programs around your reality:
- Progressive Overload: We use barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells to steadily improve your strength, whether you are a complete beginner or returning after a break.
- Injury Rehab & Recovery: Having gone through my own 'surgery to strength' process, I know how to handle post-injury movement. We focus on safe mechanics and mobility work to get you moving confidently again.
- Nutrition That Fits: I do not believe in fad diets. I teach you how to track macros and plate your food, so you can enjoy your life while still hitting your performance goals.
- Powerlifting for Beginners: If you want to master the 'Big 3'—squat, bench, and deadlift—I provide the technical breakdown and safety spotting to help you hit your first personal record (PR).
Fitness is as much a mental game as it is physical. We will work on building a spirit that does not quit, keeping things simple and consistent. If you have been hesitant to start, let us chat about where you are right now and build a plan that actually sticks.
