My goal is to get you back in the game, stronger and more confident than before. This is the story of a professional footballer who thought her career was over after a torn ACL, but through a personalized rehabilitation plan, she made a full comeback.

Seeing is believing. This client came to me with a painful supraspinatus tear and impingement syndrome, severely limiting her arm movement. After working through a structured physiotherapy program, she regained a complete range of motion and strength.

You will notice that we combine gym-based strengthening with clinical manual therapy, because fixing the pain is only the first half of the work; building the resilience to keep the injury from returning is the rest.
