I am addicted to solo travel. From doing splits on the beach in Goa to connecting with nature, exploring new places is a huge part of what fuels my passion for a strong, capable body.
About Additional Work
My training style comes from years of testing my body in the real world, not just a studio. When I am doing splits on a beach or hiking, I am constantly learning how to manage my old ACL injuries and keep my mobility high. If you want a coach who understands how to build strength in real-life conditions rather than just on a gym floor, let's talk.
I’ve learned that fitness is useless if it doesn't translate to real life. When I was dealing with my ACL tears, I had to figure out how to keep moving, travel, and live without being confined by my injury history. That’s exactly what I bring to my clients in Delhi NCR.
We don’t just focus on lifting heavy weights. We work on functional mobility, animal flow, and body awareness so you can climb stairs, carry your bags, or go on that trek you’ve been dreaming about without fear.
My 'No Gym, No Problem' approach means we use what you have. I teach you how to adapt, how to listen to your body on the days it feels stiff, and how to push it on the days it feels strong.
