We use the silk hammock to support your body, decompress the spine, and build core strength in a safe, low-impact way. It's perfect for anyone, whether you're an absolute beginner or looking to deepen your practice.

Dance Fitness: No Experience Needed

I quit dancing for years due to injuries and a toxic studio environment, so I created a space where everyone feels welcome. My classes mix Street Jazz, Bollywood, and high-energy routines designed to be fun and safe, especially if you have weak knees or think you can't dance.

Pole & Strength Arts

Pole is more than just pretty shapes; it's an incredible way to build functional strength and body awareness. I started my journey to better understand how to help a client and fell in love with it. This section also includes other strength arts like Lollipop Lyra.

Built, Not Broken: My Injury Recovery Journey

My journey is defined by overcoming multiple injuries, including two ACL tears, without surgery. I learned to be my own coach, focusing on smart, consistent training to rebuild my body stronger than before. This is the foundation of how I teach, with a deep understanding of anatomy and safe movement.
