Pole Fitness & Strength Arts Training in Delhi NCR
I started pole just to understand muscle mechanics for a client, and ended up falling in love with it. Here is how I use pole and Lollipop Lyra to build strength and body awareness—without letting past injuries stop the progress.
This video shows my pole journey from the beginning of my second month to where it's going now. The progress in strength, control, and confidence is clear. It helped me get rid of my knee jerks and even helped my client with her back pain.
Exploring a new apparatus called the Lollipop Lyra. It combines the pole with an aerial hoop, opening up a whole new world of movements, inversions, and strength challenges. It's a great example of how I love to keep my fitness journey evolving.
A compilation of my training, from pole conditioning and basic holds to dance and floorwork. This shows the variety involved in building the strength and grace required for pole fitness.
About Pole & Strength Arts
People think pole is just about the aesthetics, but for me, it has been the best way to fix the muscle imbalances I developed from my ACL injuries. When we work on the pole, we focus on grip, core stability, and deliberate control rather than just doing fancy tricks. It is not about nailing advanced inversions on day one; it is about getting your body to trust itself again, move by move. If you are hesitant about the pole because of past injuries, I am the right person to help you navigate that because I have been there and built my way back.
Pole isn't just a workout; it is a serious tool for functional strength. I came into this with the sole intention of helping a client with chronic back pain, and now it is a staple in how I train. By incorporating apparatus like the Lollipop Lyra, we keep the training dynamic and challenge your coordination in ways a static gym workout never could.
Why my approach is different
- No intimidation: I don't care if you have zero dance or athletic background. We start with the basics of weight distribution and conditioning.
- Injury-first mindset: My knees have been through it all, so I know exactly how to scale moves to protect your joints while still building power.
- Building intuition: It is not just about the muscle; it is about knowing where your body is in space. Pole forces you to be present and aware.
Whether we are doing floorwork, conditioning holds, or testing out the Lyra, my goal is the same: get you stronger and more mobile. We use professional equipment and crash mats, so you can push your limits without the fear of falling. My classes are a mix of hard work and play—because kaam toh ek nasha hai (work is an addiction), and I want you to feel that high too.
