About The Vibe: Our Space & Equipment
When you walk onto our floor, you will see we have designed this space to keep you moving without the usual gym bottlenecks. We use heavy-duty Nortus and Jaguar Series machines alongside a dedicated turf zone, so whether you are here for heavy strength training or quick HIIT circuits, you have the room and the right gear to get it done without waiting.
Your Training, Your Way
We started The Gym Health Planet 12 years ago with a simple rule: if the gym feels intimidating, you won't show up. That is why our Sector 17 facility is built to be a high-energy, inclusive space rather than a place where people just stare in the mirror.
The Gear:
- Strength & Power: We run on high-quality equipment, featuring the Jaguar Series and Nortus machines. You’ll find everything from free weights to our new Multi Flight Machine, designed for precision and versatility.
- Functional Zone: Skip the machines if you want. Our green turf zone is fully stocked with kettlebells, battle ropes, and tires for CrossFit-style training that builds real-world strength.
- Cardio: Our treadmills come with screens so you can actually get through your workout without counting every second. We also have spin bikes and stair climbers for when you need to keep the heart rate up.
More Than Just Weights
After you’re done sweating, we don't just kick you out. We have steam and shower facilities so you can clean up and head straight to work or home. Everything here, from our floor trainers to the layout, is focused on keeping you consistent. If you are ever unsure about how to use a machine, just ask the trainer on the floor—they are there to spot you and fix your form, no questions asked. Thakna mana hai!
