We focus on 'Weight kam nahi, fat kam' (focus on fat loss, not just weight loss). This means our strength training sessions are mixed with functional movements, agility drills, and a whole lot of encouragement.

  • Is it too crowded? We manage peak hours (7-9 AM/PM) to ensure everyone gets time on the machines. We also have a green turf area specifically for those who prefer bodyweight movements over machines.
