This is the moment Anshul Bhardwaj was named the Women's Physique Overall Champion. Her powerful physique is the result of years of consistent effort and a structured training plan, and I am proud to have been her coach.
I also train athletes for excellence in their professional fields. Here is Suhana Sheikh from the ITBP Force, a bronze medalist at the All India Police games, during her intense training session at Spartans Gym. She is using the battle ropes and chest press machine to build functional strength.

Competing at a level like the NPC Delhi State is not a weekend goal. It requires months of preparation. My coaching style for contest prep is built on three pillars:
