Recovery is just as important as training. Our studio includes modern recovery tools like this cold plunge tub to help athletes reduce inflammation and speed up muscle repair.

About this collection
You won't find mindless cardio machines here. Instead, our floor is packed with Assault AirRunners, Concept2 rowers, sled tracks, and heavy free weights. It’s an environment designed for people who actually want to train, not just gym-go in hopes of a change.
At 6262 Fitness, we have built a space that prioritizes function over form. When I started in 2014, my goal was simple: provide a facility where the equipment works as hard as the people using it. Whether you are at our Bandra West, Prabhadevi, or HSR Layout (Bengaluru) studios, you are stepping into a environment built for longevity and performance.
Why Our Gym is Different
We don't focus on aesthetics-only equipment. Our strength and conditioning setup includes:

- Performance Gear: Concept2 rowers, SkiErgs, and Assault AirRunners for high-intensity work.
- Recovery Tools: We believe training is only as good as your recovery. We have integrated infrared saunas and cold plunge tubs because repair is a critical part of the process.

We don't do 'fancy'. You are here to learn how to deadlift, how to manage your intensity, and how to build a body that actually works. We offer hybrid access, meaning you get a mix of coached strength sessions and open gym time to practice your lifts and mobility. We keep the environment focused.
