I’m Aish, a nutritionist who believes in food as medicine, not starvation. Here is the story and science behind the way I work.

Hello and welcome to all the new people here. I'm Aishwarya, a nutritionist with a Master's degree and over 6 years of experience helping thousands of clients. My passion is healing through nutrition and lifestyle changes, and I'm so grateful for the trust you all place in me.

Hi, I'm Aishwarya Sampath, a nutritionist and yoga instructor. I specialize in helping clients with diabetes, PCOS, weight loss, and pregnancy care. If you are looking for guidance in any of these areas, my team and I are here to help you on your health and wellness journey.

Welcome to my page. I'm an MSc in nutrition with over 5 years of experience, and I'm passionate about sharing science-backed knowledge about food and health. I believe in sustainable results, and my goal is to empower you to make the right choices for your body.

This is me, enjoying my food. My philosophy is that food is meant to be enjoyed, not feared. I help my clients build a healthy relationship with food, free from guilt and restriction, while still achieving their health goals.

Why nutrition? It all started with a childhood fascination and an article my mom found. I loved food and I loved talking, and I realized I could turn that into a career helping people. Now, with my own clinic, I'm living that dream every day.

As a health coach, I practice what I preach. My day involves pranayama, reading, client consultations, and making time for my own workouts. A balanced lifestyle is about integrating these healthy habits into your daily routine.

Two of my biggest learnings as a health coach are that we need to move from viewing to doing, and we must be patient with our bodies. Real change comes from consistent action, not from seeking instant gratification. Your body is capable of amazing things if you give it time.

About this collection

I do not believe in quick fixes or cutting out your favorite comfort foods. Whether you are managing PCOS, diabetes, or postpartum recovery, we start by looking at your actual bloodwork, not a generic chart. My approach is about small, sustainable shifts, like swapping your cookware or adjusting dinner times, that actually fit your life.

Nutrition is often overcomplicated by fad diets, keto trends, and starvation-based plans. My journey into this field started with a fascination for medical science and a realization that food is the most powerful tool we have for healing.

I have spent over 5 years in practice and worked with 4000+ clients, and the common thread is always the same: people want results without giving up their identity or their culture. You do not need to choose between your health and your biryani or coffee.

How I Work

My process is rooted in functional medicine. We look at your HOMA-IR levels, thyroid markers, and vitamin deficiencies to understand what your body actually needs. I have a studio in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, where I combine clinical nutrition with practical movement. If you cannot make it in person, we run the same deep-dive diagnostics online.

Why This Works

  • Evidence-Based: We don't guess. We look at your blood reports.
  • Sustainable: We fix your habits, not just your calorie count.
  • Cultural: I advocate for local staples like ragi, millets, and greens because they are nutrient-dense and accessible.

My role is to cut through the noise of what Instagram says you should be doing and help you focus on what your body actually requires. Whether you are dealing with PCOD symptoms or need postpartum recovery that leaves you feeling strong, let's look at the science and make a plan that sticks.

I’m Aish. My life is a mix of pranayama, books, and deep dives into bloodwork. I’ve seen enough fad diets to know they don't work, so I focus on real food that heals and habits that you can actually maintain.
