I’m Aish, a nutritionist who believes in food as medicine, not starvation. Here is the story and science behind the way I work.

Hello and welcome to all the new people here. I'm Aishwarya, a nutritionist with a Master's degree and over 6 years of experience helping thousands of clients. My passion is healing through nutrition and lifestyle changes, and I'm so grateful for the trust you all place in me.

Hi, I'm Aishwarya Sampath, a nutritionist and yoga instructor. I specialize in helping clients with diabetes, PCOS, weight loss, and pregnancy care. If you are looking for guidance in any of these areas, my team and I are here to help you on your health and wellness journey.

Welcome to my page. I'm an MSc in nutrition with over 5 years of experience, and I'm passionate about sharing science-backed knowledge about food and health. I believe in sustainable results, and my goal is to empower you to make the right choices for your body.

This is me, enjoying my food. My philosophy is that food is meant to be enjoyed, not feared. I help my clients build a healthy relationship with food, free from guilt and restriction, while still achieving their health goals.

Why nutrition? It all started with a childhood fascination and an article my mom found. I loved food and I loved talking, and I realized I could turn that into a career helping people. Now, with my own clinic, I'm living that dream every day.

As a health coach, I practice what I preach. My day involves pranayama, reading, client consultations, and making time for my own workouts. A balanced lifestyle is about integrating these healthy habits into your daily routine.

Two of my biggest learnings as a health coach are that we need to move from viewing to doing, and we must be patient with our bodies. Real change comes from consistent action, not from seeking instant gratification. Your body is capable of amazing things if you give it time.

Everything is possible with food. Whether it's a leaky gut, weight management, or lifestyle disorders, the root cause often lies in a lack of vegetables, protein, water, and sleep. The choice to heal is yours, and I am here to guide you.

What does it mean to be wealthy? For me, the new wealthy is having a fit body, a calm mind, healthy food, and time for travel and loved ones. It's about a rich and fulfilling life, not just a full bank account. What would you add to the list?

I love getting wisdom from the streets of Bangalore. I met this wonderfully energetic woman who shared her simple mantra for a happy, healthy life: eat on time, sleep on time, and take everything in a positive way. It's profound in its simplicity.

About Meet Aishwarya: My Story & Approach

I do not believe in quick fixes or cutting out your favorite comfort foods. Whether you are managing PCOS, diabetes, or postpartum recovery, we start by looking at your actual bloodwork, not a generic chart. My approach is about small, sustainable shifts, like swapping your cookware or adjusting dinner times, that actually fit your life.
