I will come to your office in hubs like Indiranagar or Whitefield with high-tempo music to turn your team’s day around, or I can run a virtual Zoom session that gets everyone off their chairs and actually having fun.
I believe that when the music hits, stress fades. My corporate sessions are not about ticking boxes. They are about creating real energy. I offer three main ways to get moving: virtual team workouts, on-site group sessions, and gamified workshops.
For in-person events across Bengaluru, I bring my own high-output sound system and handle the setup, so you do not have to stress. We do everything from desk detox mobility drills that fix those aching shoulders, to high-energy Zumba and functional strength exercises using kettlebells and bodyweight. For team building, I run workshops where the goal is to laugh, compete, and choreograph a routine together.
