Mindset > Everything. This isn't just about weight loss, it's about discipline. I documented every day of my 108-day journey to lose 9kg, build strength, and reset my body. Here is exactly how I did it.

The result of 54 days of discipline. From 107.1kg to 98.1kg, this is the halfway point of my 108-day transformation. The goal was to lose fat while getting stronger, and this is what that process looks like.

This is the mindset of being better. Halfway through my transformation, the changes are not just physical but mental. Every day is a choice to push harder and stay focused on the goal.

Day 1 of 99. The journey to drop 10kg and get stronger for the championships begins. This 270kg squat sets the tone for the hard work ahead. Every challenge starts with a single, decisive step.

Day 2 of 99. The focus is on power and control with a 120kg bench press for 5 reps. Building strength isn't just about lifting heavy, it's about mastering the movement and building a solid foundation.

Day 3 of 99. Raw power and smart recovery. A heavy 260kg deadlift for multiple sets to build strength, followed by rehab work to stay injury-free for the long road to the championships.

Day 4 of 99. After a fever forced two days of rest, I came back stronger. This 300kg squat moved smoother than expected, proving that proper recovery is a critical part of getting stronger.

Day 5 of 99. Smart recovery is key. Today was about rehab for my glutes and arms, followed by light machine shrugs and pec flys. Not every day is heavy; some days are for rebuilding.

Day 6 of 99. Training with the best pushes you to be better. A powerful bench press session at Dronacharya The Gym in Delhi, learning from the legends of Indian powerlifting.

Day 7 of 99. Back to the grind with 320kg block deadlifts. This exercise is crucial for building explosive power and lockout strength, essential for dominating on the competition platform.

Day 8 of 99. A great deadlift session with my brother after many years. Training with strong people brings out the best in you. The mission remains the same: get stronger every day.

About My Transformation: The 108-Day Challenge

My 108-day challenge wasn't about starvation or endless cardio. It was about high-protein, 'desi-diet' integration and calculated strength blocks. If you look at the logs, you will see I managed a 300kg squat even while cutting fat. We don't guess here; I use blood work to guide supplement needs. It is about building a body that works as hard as your mind.
