The 108-Day Transformation Challenge
Mindset > Everything. This isn't just about weight loss, it's about discipline. I documented every day of my 108-day journey to lose 9kg, build strength, and reset my body. Here is exactly how I did it.
The result of 54 days of discipline. From 107.1kg to 98.1kg, this is the halfway point of my 108-day transformation. The goal was to lose fat while getting stronger, and this is what that process looks like.
This is the mindset of being better. Halfway through my transformation, the changes are not just physical but mental. Every day is a choice to push harder and stay focused on the goal.
Day 1 of 99. The journey to drop 10kg and get stronger for the championships begins. This 270kg squat sets the tone for the hard work ahead. Every challenge starts with a single, decisive step.
Day 2 of 99. The focus is on power and control with a 120kg bench press for 5 reps. Building strength isn't just about lifting heavy, it's about mastering the movement and building a solid foundation.
Day 3 of 99. Raw power and smart recovery. A heavy 260kg deadlift for multiple sets to build strength, followed by rehab work to stay injury-free for the long road to the championships.
Day 4 of 99. After a fever forced two days of rest, I came back stronger. This 300kg squat moved smoother than expected, proving that proper recovery is a critical part of getting stronger.
Day 5 of 99. Smart recovery is key. Today was about rehab for my glutes and arms, followed by light machine shrugs and pec flys. Not every day is heavy; some days are for rebuilding.
About this collection
My 108-day challenge wasn't about starvation or endless cardio. It was about high-protein, 'desi-diet' integration and calculated strength blocks. If you look at the logs, you will see I managed a 300kg squat even while cutting fat. We don't guess here; I use blood work to guide supplement needs. It is about building a body that works as hard as your mind.
My Method to Transformation
Most people think fitness is about punishing yourself. I think it is about discipline. When I started this journey, I was 107.1kg. I didn't want to just lose weight; I wanted to get stronger. I documented 108 days of consistent effort—no shortcuts, just training, nutrition, and faith.
The Training Approach
My transformation was built on the 'Big Three': Squats, Bench Press, and Deadlifts. Whether you are a beginner or looking to peak for a competition, we focus on compound movements. My sessions are designed for power. If you check the logs, you will see I maintained heavy, explosive lifts like the 320kg block deadlift even during a cut. We integrate 'rehab' days and active recovery because your body needs to last.
Nutrition & Mindset
I do not prescribe expensive, obscure diets. We focus on real food. My nutrition plan integrates Indian staples—Rice, Roti, and Curd—to keep you fueled. We use supplements only when blood work confirms a need. This is a mental game, too. Every session is a prayer, and every rep is a way to honor the strength I have been blessed with. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start working, the framework is here.
Why 108 Days?
It is a journey, not a sprint. We need time to fix your form, adjust your macro-nutrients based on real results, and build the mental resilience required to keep going when the body says 'no.'
