Learning to handstand as an adult has taught me more about patience and consistency than anything else. Gymnastics Strength: Rings, Levers & Planches

This is where we build serious upper-body and core strength that you can't get from traditional lifting alone. Using tools like gymnastics rings and parallettes, we work on advanced calisthenics skills like muscle-ups, front levers, and planches. This training develops incredible stability, control, and body awareness through structured progressions.

Active Mobility & Flexibility

True flexibility isn't just about passive stretching; it's about building strength and control through your entire range of motion. My approach focuses on active mobility drills for key areas like the hips, shoulders, and spine. We use a variety of techniques, including loaded stretching and end-range isometrics, to build a body that is both flexible and resilient.

Smart Strength: Barbells, Dumbbells & Bodyweight

My philosophy is about building a well-rounded, capable body. While I specialize in calisthenics, I also incorporate traditional strength training with barbells and dumbbells. This cluster shows how we blend foundational bodyweight movements, hypertrophy work, and heavy lifting to build pure strength that supports our skill training and overall longevity.

Training Through Injury: Rehab & Prevention

Injuries are not a sign of failure; they are a part of the process and a powerful teacher. I've had my share, from tennis elbow to shoulder strains. This collection is about my honest approach to injury management, focusing on smart recovery, targeted rehab exercises, and listening to my body to come back stronger and wiser.
