About this collection
Those medals in the photos are not just for show. They are the tangible results of our disciplined race-day preparation—from the pacing charts we obsess over to the specific VO2 max intervals at KTPO that we grind through every week.
The photos on this page showcase what the Champions tribe is capable of when we stop guessing and start training with a plan. Whether it is the TCS 10K or a local Bengaluru run, our race day success is built on three pillars: technical form, consistent volume, and smart recovery.
Running fast without getting injured is the goal. We do not just run miles; we work on biomechanics. That means spending time at KTPO doing drills to fix your stride and using Cubbon Park for endurance runs where I can give you real-time feedback. If your posture is off or you are overstriding, you will hear it from me immediately because I am usually running right there with you.
We structure our training in 12-week macro-cycles. We start with base building, move to peak intensity, and finish with a calculated taper phase so you are fresh on race day, not burnt out. It is scientific, but we keep it fun. We track your heart rate zones, we study the course elevation, and we make sure you have a nutrition strategy that works for your body. And yes, after the finish line, we celebrate with lassi, malai maar ke. If you are ready to stop clocking random miles and start chasing personal bests, join us for our next training cycle. Yoga se he hoga, and we will get there together.
