When you join us, you are not just logging miles. You are showing up at 5:30 AM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays for a structured mix of tempo runs, hill sprints, and pavement-based strength sessions. We train together, we race together, and our community includes the local dogs who often pace us through the morning, making every session at Cubbon Park feel like a genuine family affair.
We keep the training grounded. Our sessions are built around functional fitness using just the open road and your own body weight. We do not use gym equipment; instead, we focus on calisthenics—squats, lunges, and planks—right after our runs to build the core stability needed for long-distance road running. Whether you are aiming to crush your first 10k or preparing for a full marathon, the structure here is consistent: tempo runs for speed, intervals to push your limit, and hill repeats to build the leg power for events like the Nandi Hill runs.
One thing you will notice immediately is the lack of ego. If you are a beginner, we help you pace yourself. If you are an experienced runner chasing a personal best, we push you there. We also use real-time form correction during our runs, so you are not just grinding out mileage but actually learning how to run efficiently.
And about the location—Cubbon Park is our home base. It offers the perfect mix of flat stretches and the right atmosphere to start your day. We start at 5:30 AM sharp, rain or shine.
