Hands-On Personal Coaching
I personally guide every client through their workout. My focus is on correct form and technique to build a strong foundation and prevent injury, ensuring you get the most out of every rep.
Strength Building: Barbells & Heavy Weights
We focus on core compound lifts like deadlifts, squats, and bench presses to build raw strength and muscle mass. I will guide you on proper form for heavy lifting, whether you are a beginner or an advanced lifter.
Muscle Sculpting: Machines & Dumbbells
This is for targeted muscle growth and definition using a mix of free weights and machines. We will work on specific muscle groups with exercises like dumbbell presses, cable crossovers, and bicep curls to sculpt your physique.
Athletic Conditioning & Cardio
As a national athlete, I incorporate drills to improve your overall fitness, agility, and endurance. Training includes bodyweight exercises, cardio on machines, mat work, and drills with equipment like hurdles and stability balls.
