Building Real Strength

I don't believe in fancy tricks or quick fixes. When you train with me at our setups in Sector 45, 50, 93, or 99, we focus on the essentials: Olympic barbells, heavy plates, and perfect form. Whether you are aiming for raw power or functional muscle mass, you need to master the big compound lifts like the deadlift and squat.

My Training Method

  • Hands-on correction: I am right there with you during every set, physically correcting your posture and spotting your lifts. This is how we prevent injury and push past plateaus.
  • Discipline first: My training style is influenced by my time as an athlete and my respect for the Indian Army. You show up, you work hard, and you follow the plan. Jitna mehnat karoge, utna hasil milega (The more effort you put in, the more you will get).
  • Desi Nutrition: We keep it simple. I provide basic protein-focused nutrition planning via WhatsApp to support your strength gains without overcomplicating your lifestyle.
