Standard Gym Access
Facility Access
- Unlimited use of Cardio zone (Treadmills, Ellipticals) and Strength zone (Dumbbells, Smith Machine).
- Shared floor space with academy athletes (high energy/noise).
- Full day access during operational hours.
- Note: AC operational only during peak hours (7-9 AM and 6-9 PM).
Amenities
- Complimentary Steam Room and Sauna access.
- Separate changing rooms with showers and lockers.
- Secure parking within premises.
Support
- General floor supervision (no personal instruction).
- Basic dietary guidance from visiting nutritionist.
Sports Performance & Conditioning (Squad)
Schedule & Format
- 5-6 sessions per week (Mon-Sat), 60-90 minutes per session.
- Group cohort format (approx. 10-15 athletes per coach).
- Led by certified S&C coaches with international player oversight.
Training Drills
- On-Court: Signal Shadow footwork, cone reaction drills, and agility ladder work.
- Strength: Compound lifts (Squats, Deadlifts) using free weights and machines.
- Power: Plyometric box jumps and multi-shuttle speed endurance feeding.
Recovery & Assessment
- Monthly fitness testing (aerobic capacity, flexibility) using POB protocols.
- Access to Steam Bath and Sauna for recovery.
- Basic injury consultation with on-site physiotherapist.
1-on-1 Personal Training & Rehab
Coaching Configuration
- 12 sessions per month (approx. 3 sessions/week).
- 1 hour dedicated 1-on-1 trainer attention per session.
- Customized workout split (Weight Loss, Hypertrophy, or Rehab).
Health & Nutrition
- Personalized macro-nutrient meal planning by nutritionist.
- Weekly weight and measurement tracking.
- Initial orthopedic assessment for safe workout design.
Facility Perks
- Priority equipment access managed by trainer.
- Includes general gym membership for non-training days.
- Full access to Sauna and Steam bath.

Our Training Approach
- If you’re a badminton player, I zero in on sports-specific strength training, agility and footwork drills, and power moves that actually show up in your rallies. Stuff like multishuttle exercises, Signal Shadow techniques, and regular performance checks keep things challenging and measure real progress.
- Not into competing? No worries. We run group and solo sessions for anyone wanting to shed some kilos, get fitter, or just try functional fitness workouts that aren’t boring. Every session blends strength, cardio, and core moves, so you don’t get stuck in a rut.
- I cater to all ages and skill levels, so you’ll never feel out of place, whether you’re just starting or have been training for years.

My Story
We kicked off Celestial's Badminton Academy with just one dream - Delhi NCR’s go-to spot for every badminton lover, no matter if you’re just starting or already smashing it. Our squad’s got folks like Siddharth Jain (India No.1, not kidding!) and other top coaches who actually know what it takes. For us, it’s about family. Nothing beats seeing our kiddos go from missing shots to winning state medals. That’s what keeps us going.
My Work
Professional Badminton Coaching & Play - We coach kids as young as 4, adults, beginners, and pros. Pay and play, memberships, and group sessions.
Top-Notch Facilities - Seven indoor air-conditioned courts, BWF mats, and proper lighting. You’ll sweat, but not from the heat.
Expert Mentors & Video Analysis - Our coaches are ex-champs. We use video analysis badminton training and regular check-ins to track progress.
