Standard Gym Membership
Access Policy
- Timings: Unlimited access between 6 AM and 9 PM.
- Days: Open Monday through Sunday.
- Scope: General fitness access to all gym zones.
Training Zones & Equipment
- Strength Area: Squat racks/power racks, Olympic barbells, and dumbbell racks (up to 40kg).
- Cardio: Treadmills, cross-trainers, and premium Concept 2 Rowing Machine.
- Functional Strip: Indoor turf (green grass mat) for sled work and lunges.
- Performance Gear: Challenge brand rubber-coated plates, gymnastic rings, BOSU balls, and stability balls.
Facilities
- Amenities: Basic changing rooms and washrooms.
- Storage: Open cubbies for bags (locks required).
- Vibe: Rugged, performance-focused environment without luxury spa amenities.
Sports Performance Coaching
Coaching Structure
- Format: 1-on-1 or small group training with certified Strength & Conditioning coaches.
- Frequency: 12 to 16 sessions per month (approx. 3 to 4 days per week).
- Customization: Tailored programs for specific sports (e.g., Cricket) or general athletic power.
Training Focus
- Explosive Power: Instruction on Olympic lifts (cleans/snatches) and plyometric box jumps.
- Agility: Speed drills using ladders and cones on the indoor turf.
- Mobility: Guided recovery, foam rolling, and injury prevention drills.
Membership Benefits
- Gym Access: Includes full membership for self-workouts on non-coaching days.
- Nutrition: Basic guidance aligned with Anthlete Nutrition.
- Facility: Potential use of adjacent indoor nets for fitness-specific drills.

My Story
Carpe Diem, the name says it all - live the moment. We started this place not just for cricket, but for building a family. You’ll see us celebrating Holi, Lohri, Eid, and Republic Day, all with as much energy as a net session. Every missed shot gets a 'Koi baat nahi, koi baat nahi' (don’t worry, it’s okay) from our coaches. Kids, pros, everyone finds their spot here. We’re chasing dreams, together. Aur haan, maza toh aata hi hai (and yes, it’s always fun).

Cricket, Gym & Hostel - We offer high performance cricket training, a full gym, and hostel for boys and girls chasing cricket dreams.
Training for All Levels - Youngsters, pros, fitness fans - everyone’s welcome. We support women’s cricket coaching with pride.
Coaching Style - Ranji Trophy level coaching, focus on basics, mental toughness, and enjoying the game. Work hard, play hard.
Proven Results - Students selected for DDCA, HPCA, Coochbehar Trophy. Also sponsor MPCA teams, supporting top domestic cricket.
