Professional Day Training
Training Schedule
- Frequency: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Sessions: Double sessions daily (90 mins Morning Fitness/Drills + 120 mins Evening Gameplay).
- Coaching: Led by Suraj Bhatt (Former National Player) and Assistant Coach Shubham Singh.
Skill Development
- Drills: High volume multi-shuttle feeding (300+ shuttles), shadow footwork, and reflex training.
- Tactics: Match simulation with state/national peers and real time feedback on doubles rotation.
- Equipment: BWF approved synthetic mats used. Academy provides hybrids/nylons for drills.
Conditioning & Recovery
- Gym: On site access to dumbbells, barbells, and squat racks.
- Agility: Ladder drills, cone sprints, and plyometric box work.
- Pool: Access to swimming pool for low impact recovery and hydrotherapy.
Full Residential Training Program
Full Academy Access
- Coaching: Includes full 6 day Professional Day Training schedule (Morning and Evening sessions).
- Mentorship: Priority access to coaches for video analysis.
- Partners: Access to resident national/state rank holders for off hours sparring.
Boarding & Facilities
- Hostel: Shared accommodation (Twin or Quad) located near the academy in Sector 16B.
- Room: Includes bed, wardrobe, and study area. AC or Cooler options available based on selection.
- Utilities: Wi Fi, RO purified water, and laundry facilities included.
- Security: 24/7 warden supervision.
Athlete Nutrition
- Meals: 4 full meals daily (Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner).
- Diet: Menu designed for high energy expenditure with focus on protein (Eggs, Paneer, Chicken).

If you’re here for shortcuts, this isn’t your spot. I work only with athletes who are serious about pushing past their limits. My approach? No nonsense, straight-up hard work. I’ve played at the national level myself, so I know it’s tough. You want to win medals at the state and national scene? You gotta be ready to sweat it out.
Track Record
My students don’t just show up – they land on podiums. We’ve got wins in state-level badminton championships, All India tournaments, and more. Tushar Sharma (India Rank No. 4) trains here. Our guys have medals from UP Senior State, East Zone, and national events. Consistency is the name of the game.
