About Our Professional Training Gym
While our gym is fully equipped with professional-grade machines and free weights, please note that air conditioning is reserved for peak training hours between 7-9 AM and 6-9 PM. You will be sharing the floor space with our academy athletes during these times, which keeps the energy high and the focus sharp throughout your workout.
Our facility is built to support the rigorous demands of badminton, emphasizing explosive power, agility, and sustained endurance. We bridge the gap between gym work and on-court success by focusing on functional strength and consistent conditioning.

- Recovery Amenities: To ensure you are ready for your next session, we offer steam and sauna access, providing the recovery support necessary for injury prevention and muscle relaxation.

For those in our Squad programs, gym time is integrated with sports-specific drills, including plyometrics and agility ladder work to translate gym gains directly into speed on the court.
