Join our tribe to discover Capoeira—a mix of dance, acrobatics, and live music. Whether you are here for fitness, self-defense, or community, there is a space for you in the Roda.

This is what our Capoeira family is all about. It's more than a martial art; it's a mix of acrobatics, dance, music, and community. In this video, our instructor and students share how Capoeira builds confidence, body awareness, and friendships, all while you get an amazing workout.

Welcome to the Roda, the heart of Capoeira. Here, we put our training into practice, playing a dynamic game of movement and strategy. It's all fueled by live music and the energy of our community, creating an unforgettable experience in every session.

Capoeira is a journey of personal expression, and here's a look at an advanced solo sequence called Au CDO. It combines a cartwheel, handstand, and other controlled movements, showing the strength and artistry you can build with consistent practice.

Music is the soul of our classes. Here, a student learns to play the Berimbau, a traditional single-string instrument, while another practices a handstand in the background. This image captures the two core elements of Capoeira: movement and music, working in perfect harmony.

Think it looks complicated? We break it down step-by-step. This video shows a simple and fun partner sequence that's perfect for beginners to learn the basics of interaction, timing, and flow in Capoeira.

Our classes are for everyone. Here you can see a group of students of all levels practicing fundamental kicks together. We focus on creating a supportive environment where everyone learns and grows at their own pace.

We love taking our training outdoors. This video shows a dynamic partner drill in the park, where students build strength and flexibility in a beautiful, natural setting. It's a great way to connect with both Capoeira and nature.

This is our tribe, our family. This photo captures the incredible community we've built, full of students of all ages and backgrounds, celebrating together. When you join our classes, you're not just learning moves; you're becoming part of a supportive and energetic family.

About Featured

You do not need to be a gymnast or an athlete to start. Most of our students walk in having never kicked, flipped, or clapped to a beat before. I break down every movement, from the foundational Ginga to basic cartwheels, step-by-step so you can learn at your own pace without ever feeling out of place.
