Birth is a normal life event, not a medical crisis. My goal is to help you cut through the confusion, trust your body, and feel truly prepared for your baby's arrival.

I believe that knowledge is the key to a comfortable pregnancy and a positive birth experience. In this podcast, I discuss the overuse of C-sections and how preparing your body and mind, especially through nutrition, can help you work towards a natural delivery. We explore the gaps in information that many expecting families face and how to have confident conversations with your care provider.

My goal is to support you through every stage of your journey into motherhood. I offer a range of online classes and workshops, from birth preparation and prenatal fitness to mindful eating and newborn care. Each program is designed to empower you with evidence-based knowledge and practical skills for a calm and healthy pregnancy.

This is a powerful example of what is possible when a mother is supported with a focused nutrition plan and personalized education. This client achieved a victorious Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC) with a healthy baby, busting the myth that a low BMI or a previous C-section makes it impossible. Your body is capable of amazing things with the right support.

I firmly believe that your birth experience is a reflection of how you prepare during pregnancy. This means being intentional about your choices, clarifying your values, and building a supportive community. My nutrition coaching is part of this larger preparation, helping you build a strong foundation for the life and birth you want.

About My Approach to a Calm Birth

Most parents walk into labor feeling like they have to follow orders. In my classes, we shift that dynamic. We look at your blood reports, talk through your specific fears, and create a plan for labor that actually includes you. It is not about ignoring medical advice; it is about understanding it so you can ask the right questions and stay in the driver's seat.
