I am a cake artist specializing in custom story cakes with intricate, handmade details. I also share my craft through fondant modelling workshops and by creating traditional sweets.

This was my entry for an online modeling competition, and I was thrilled to win second place. My concept was 'Tangled Under Water', reimagining Rapunzel as a mermaid chasing glowing jellyfish instead of lanterns. It was a fun opportunity to push my creative boundaries with dynamic poses and new techniques.

This cake was for a grandfather's birthday, featuring him with all his grandkids. Creating personalized figurines that capture the likeness and love of a family is one of the most special parts of my job. These are the cakes that become the centerpiece of a celebration.

This is one of the most meaningful cakes I've ever made, a 'Dharmasthapane' cake. It tells a story of two contrasting worlds, Dharma and Adharma, through incredibly detailed, hand-sculpted fondant figurines and hand-painted backdrops. The client envisioned this entire concept, and bringing their story to life was a challenge I thoroughly enjoyed.

Avengers assemble! This was a massive, four-day project, bringing together so many iconic characters for a 5th birthday. Every hero, from a baby Hulk to a detailed Spiderman, is handmade from fondant. This cake shows how I can bring any popular theme to life in a fun, playful, and artistic way.

This is for all the fans of 'The Office'. I hand-painted this portrait of Prison Mike on a sheet of fondant. I love painting because it allows for a level of detail and expression that’s very personal. It’s like therapy for me, and the result is a truly unique piece of edible art.

This fairy garden dessert table is the perfect example of what I mean by "more than just cake." We created two main cakes for the birthday girls and surrounded them with a whole spread of themed treats, including blueberry pannacotta, baked donuts, madeleines, mini cupcakes, cakesicles, and chocolate-dipped Oreos.

Our festive hampers are a celebration of flavor. This egg-free Diwali hamper was inspired by local Iyengar bakery classics, reimagined with a modern twist. It includes a variety of treats like Dilpasand tea cake, Masala Makhana, and Honey-Berry Macarons, all packed and ready for gifting.

My Story

Started Cake It Easy in 2013, right here in Malleswaram. I’m always excited when clients trust me with their special days – those details matter to me! Sometimes, I get wild requests, like a cake showing two worlds at once, or a 99th birthday. I even geek out over traditional sweets like Sakkare Acchu for Sankranti. And yes, finally using that music note cutter for a karaoke cake? Felt oddly victorious.
