About Seasonal & Festive Offerings
I design these festive menus in small, limited batches to keep the quality just right, so it's always best to pre-order at least a week or two in advance. Whether it's a specific Diwali hamper or a holiday cupcake box, these seasonal treats are available only for short windows—once the pre-order slots for a festival are filled, I close them to ensure everything is perfect.
How I Approach Festive Menus
For me, the festive season is a chance to play with nostalgia. Rather than just baking standard holiday items, I like to dig into what makes these times of year special. For instance, my recent Diwali menu was a direct homage to the local Iyengar bakeries I grew up with—I took those familiar flavours, like the Dilpasand or pineapple pastry, and reimagined them into festive tea cakes and cookies.
What You Can Expect
My seasonal offerings are always changing and limited by capacity:
- Limited Runs: Because I make everything from scratch in my Malleswaram studio, I can only take on a set number of orders per festival. When the slots are gone, they're gone.
- Thoughtful Hampers: Whether it's Valentine's Day cupcake bouquets or Christmas cookie centerpieces, these items are designed for gifting and sharing.
- Pick-up Logistics: Like all my cakes, these festive items are delicate. I require self-pickup from my studio in Malleswaram, and I strongly recommend carrying them in a car with the AC on, especially in Bangalore's heat.

This gives us enough time to discuss any customisations, ensuring you get exactly what you need without the last-minute rush.
