It adds a level of detail and depth that a printed sheet just cannot match, though it does require more time. Working out of my studio in Malleswaram, I keep things hands-on. I don't believe in just picking up a topper from the market. I enjoy using my cutters to sculpt 3D objects, or spending time with my food paints to capture a likeness on fondant. Because these cakes are labor-intensive, I need at least a week to plan and execute the design.
