About Sports-Themed Cakes & Treats
If you want a football or cricket cake, I prefer painting the player portraits by hand rather than using edible prints. It adds a level of detail and depth that a printed sheet just cannot match, though it does require more time. If you have a specific team logo, a player's jersey, or a iconic piece of equipment in mind, share the reference with me early so I can sketch out the details for your design.
My goal isn't just to put a logo on a cake. When you come to me for a sports-themed cake, we are building a narrative around your fandom. Whether it's the golden boot of a legendary striker, the intricate stitching of a cricket ball, or a hand-painted portrait of your hero, I focus on the small things that actually matter to a fan.
Working out of my studio in Malleswaram, I keep things hands-on. I don't believe in just picking up a topper from the market. I enjoy using my cutters to sculpt 3D objects, or spending time with my food paints to capture a likeness on fondant. Because these cakes are labor-intensive, I need at least a week to plan and execute the design.
If you are planning a larger party, let's talk about a full dessert table. I can match the cake with custom cookies, cakesicles, and themed cupcakes that carry the same sports motif. This makes for a cohesive setup that really ties your celebration together. Just remember, these sugar elements are delicate, so if you are picking up your order, please bring a car with the AC running—no bike transport for these designs.
