We start making our mozzarella three times a day, every day. It’s 100% cow’s milk, zero palm oil, and zero fillers. Whether you’re grabbing our fior di latte for a pizza night or burrata to finish off a salad, you’re getting the same cheese that goes onto the pies in our restaurants.

The Sourdough & Bagel Routine

Our bakers are in before sunrise, handling high-hydration dough that’s been fermented for 48-72 hours. This isn't just bread; it's a labor of patience. The bagels are hand-stretched, boiled, and baked for that specific shiny, chewy exterior.

Tips for the Home Chef

  • Cheese Care: Our fresh mozzarella and burrata come in brine. Keep them refrigerated and eat them within 2-3 days since we don’t use stabilizers.
  • Pizza Kits: Want the Brik Oven experience without the prep? Our home kits come with our signature 48-hour fermented dough and San Marzano sauce. You'll need a high-heat oven (250C+) to get the crust right.
  • Serving: Our desserts like Tiramisu and Banoffee Pie are packed for immediate chill-and-serve enjoyment. No plating required—just a spoon.
