About this collection
We don't do pre-made morning meals. Whether you are grabbing a bagel sandwich or one of our sourdough toasts, it is all built on bread we bake before sunrise and mozzarella we stretch daily in our kitchen. Since we operate out of multiple spots like HSR, Indiranagar, and Manyata, check the timing, as some locations serve breakfast all day while others wrap up by 11 AM.
Why Our Morning Menu is Different
Most places treat breakfast as an afterthought, but we treat it with the same obsession as our pizza. It starts with the basics: we ferment our sourdough for 48 hours to get that signature tangy, airy crumb, and we make our mozzarella fresh from cow's milk every single morning. We don't believe in assembly lines or frozen shortcuts.

Our bagels aren't soft buns. We hand-roll, boil, and bake them to get that shiny, chewy texture that holds up to serious fillings. Whether it is our lye-dipped pretzel bagel sandwich or our classic everything bagel, these are built to fuel your day.
Fresh Toast & Toppings
If you prefer something lighter, our sourdough toasts are where it is at. We layer thick, toasted slices with our own handmade ricotta or burrata and fresh, seasonal toppings like wild mushrooms, blistered tomatoes, or soft-poached eggs.
