We’re more than just our pizza. Our salads and starters are built with fresh, local produce and our own handcrafted cheese, made right here in our Bangalore kitchen.

About Fresh Salads & Starters

Here is the honest truth about our starters: we don't buy our cheese from a factory. We make our own mozzarella and burrata three times a day. When you order a salad, you are getting that fresh, creamy cheese paired with sourdough made from the same dough we use for our pizzas. It is not just an appetizer; it is our way of showing that fresh ingredients do not need to be complicated.
