We believe the best food is made with the best ingredients. This is our house-made mozzarella and fresh sourdough in action, creating the ultimate bruschetta sandwich. That incredible cheese pull is what happens when you make cheese fresh from 100% cow's milk every single day.

Meet our stacked pastrami sandwich. We pile tender pastrami, our fresh, handmade mozzarella, and crisp greens between slices of our naturally leavened sourdough. It’s a full meal and a testament to our love for big, bold flavors.

This is where the magic begins. Our cheesemakers hand-stretch fresh mozzarella curds, a crucial step that gives our cheese its signature soft texture and perfect melt. You can see and feel the quality that comes from a hands-on, traditional process.

Our classic sourdough loaf, sitting pretty. Baked fresh daily, it has a wonderfully tangy flavor, a chewy, open crumb, and that perfect crust. It’s the foundation for our sandwiches and toasts, and you can take a loaf home from our deli.

The heart of our kitchen is the wood-fired brick oven. Here you can see our pizzas getting that perfect leopard-spotted char, cooking in minutes to lock in flavor. This is authentic, Neapolitan-style pizza, made the right way.

A fresh batch of our hand-rolled bagels, straight from the oven. We boil them before baking to achieve that classic shiny crust and dense, chewy interior. Topped generously with sesame seeds, they are a breakfast favorite.

When the season is right, we bring back our fan-favorite Mango Tuscan Salad. It combines sweet, fresh mangoes with creamy, house-made burrata, cherry tomatoes, and toasted sourdough croutons for a perfect summer dish.

Our dough goes through a 72-hour fermentation process to develop that signature airy, tangy crust. We do not use store-bought cheese either. We make our own mozzarella from 100% cow milk fresh three times a day, ensuring it melts exactly the way it should in our wood-fired oven. It is simple, honest food made without shortcuts.
