Why Fitness Matters in Cricket

Most places will make you run laps and call it fitness, but I know that’s not enough. Cricket fitness is about getting stronger, faster, and more resilient so you can actually perform on the field. Talent is great, but if your body can’t keep up, you’ll struggle. That’s where most young players get stuck.

Our Way of Training

Humara yeh maanna hai (we believe) fitness is the base of every good cricketer. We don’t do bheed (crowd) training - you get proper attention in an achha mahaul (good environment). Physical development is treated as seriously as your batting or bowling.

What We Actually Do

  • Every drill is for cricket - explosive power drills for cricketers, stamina building for long spells, and agility for sharp fielding.
  • Functional movement for cricket, not just random gym stuff. We train your body to move better, work together, and avoid injuries.
  • Yoga sessions for flexibility, balance, and focus. Cricket is played in the mind too, so staying calm matters.
  • We start with basics, then push you to advanced levels once you’re ready. No shortcuts, just real progress.

My Story

Cricket toh humare liye sab kuch hai, yaar. Dekha hai kaise coaching ab sirf paisa kamane ka dhanda ban gaya hai? Bachhe bheed mein kho jaate hain, asli guidance milti nahi. DSL shuru kiya kyunki hum quality chahte hain, na ki sirf naam. Har ladka-ladki ko personal attention milta hai. Mehnat karo, bheed bhool jao, bas cricket se pyaar karo. Yahi hai humara sapna.

My Work

Personal Cricket Coaching - Boys ya girls, sabke liye one-on-one training aur skill development, batting, bowling, wicket-keeping - sab cover karte hain.

Cricket Fitness Training - Functional fitness, stamina build karne ke liye advanced drills aur yoga, cricket ke hisaab se sab kuch.

Supervised Match Practice - Weekly matches, Delhi Super League tournaments, turf aur cemented wickets par real match ka experience milta hai.

Facilities & Hostel - Green ground, floodlights for night practice, net wickets, bowling machine, hostel for out-station players. Training 5 din, matches weekend par.
