Talent is nothing without stamina. Our fitness sessions focus on cricket-specific movements using drills with ladders, cones, and hurdles to improve speed and agility. We also conduct dedicated run-up drills for fast bowlers and endurance workouts to ensure players have the gas to perform for hours.

Core Strength & Conditioning

All power in cricket comes from the core. We focus on building "bulletproof" cores through a mix of advanced gym exercises and functional bodyweight training. This is essential for hitting powerful sixes, bowling fast, and preventing injuries.

Game-Ready Fielding Drills

Catches win matches, and we take our fielding very seriously. Our drills cover all situations, from slip catching and high catches to diving stops and quick run-outs. We train our players to be aggressive, agile, and fearless in the field.

Batting & Bowling Skill Development

Fitness is the base, but skill is what wins the game. We provide specialized, one-on-one attention for batting and bowling techniques. This includes everything from backfoot punches and pull shots for batsmen to run-up correction and action refinement for bowlers.
