When you reach out, we start with your vision—whether it is a specific hobby, a favorite color palette, or a cherished memory you want to recreate in sugar. I do not use set templates. Every cake, from my vintage Lambeth-style buttercream piping to custom hand-modeled fondant toppers, is built from scratch to perfectly fit your event’s theme and your guest list.
I treat every celebration as a blank canvas. Whether you are planning a baptism, a milestone 50th birthday, or a wedding, my goal is to create a centerpiece that tastes as good as it looks. I specialize in both hyper-realistic sculpted cakes—including gravity-defying structures—and classic vintage buttercream designs that bring timeless elegance to the table.
For custom orders, we plan the structure first. If you want a figurine of a loved one wearing their favorite saree or a cake representing a passion like cricket, I model those details by hand using premium ingredients like Belgium chocolate and homemade marzipan. My cakes are not just for display; I ensure the sponge is dense enough to hold the shape but moist enough to enjoy.
Delivery is handled with the care a delicate cake deserves, covering the entire Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Because I take on a limited number of projects to maintain quality, I recommend reaching out at least a few days in advance for simpler designs and a week or more for complex sculpted work. If you have a wild idea, share it—if you can dream it, I can likely bake it.
