Whether it’s a tiered wedding cake or a small bento box, my biggest priority is ensuring it survives the Mumbai traffic. I use structural supports and ganache-based fillings for stability, so your centerpiece arrives looking exactly how it did in my kitchen.
Baking is more than mixing flour and sugar for me. It is about understanding what a celebration means to you. Whether it is a surprise birthday for a cricket fan or an elegant engagement cake, I focus on the 'inside' as much as the 'outside.' My cakes use a moist truffle base or vanilla sponge, bound with ganache rather than just whipped cream, because that is what holds shape best in Mumbai’s heat.
Why Customization Matters
I do not believe in standard catalogs. If you want a mermaid tail on a cake, or if you need a bento cake to share with just one person, I make it happen. When you reach out, we start with your vision. Do you have a theme? A color palette? Once we decide on the flavor and design, I get to work in my Tardeo kitchen. If you are ordering a multi-tiered cake, I pay extra attention to the structure—using dowels and sturdy boards—so that the cake is stable when it leaves my studio.

I run a small, mom-led operation, so I cannot rush the process. If you have a specific date in mind, especially for weekends, please reach out a few days early. It helps me ensure your cake gets the time and attention it needs to look perfect when it lands on your table.
