Welcome to Hogwarts! This two-tier Harry Potter themed cake is a fan favorite, complete with a golden snitch, sorting hat, and Gryffindor scarf. All the magical elements are handcrafted and edible.

When I build these sculpted or gravity-defying cakes, I am essentially playing the role of both baker and engineer. Behind the finished look, there is a dedicated structure of food-safe supports, ganache shells, and often rice crispy treats to ensure the shape holds firm. Whether it is a floating tier or a complex character, I spend hours on this internal skeleton to make sure your cake arrives at your Mumbai venue exactly as it looked on my workbench.
My approach to cake design is driven by the belief that a celebration cake should be a conversation starter. Having won gold at Cakeology for my sculpted work, I have moved past standard cakes to focus on what I call edible art.

When you come to me with an idea, I start by assessing the structure. A 'gravity-defying' cake requires different engineering than a multi-tier wedding chandelier cake. I work with high-quality ingredients like Belgium chocolate, hazelnut praline, and homemade marzipan to ensure that the taste is just as memorable as the visual.
