Whether it is a specific cartoon your child loves or a quirky inside joke you want to memorialize, I spend hours getting the details just right so the final piece feels truly yours.

I do not believe in taking shortcuts or using mass-produced molds. When you see a character like Kuromi or a Candyland spread on a cake, that is hours of me sitting, shaping, and painting the fondant until it looks exactly like the vision in your head. It is messy, it is time-consuming, and honestly, it is my favorite part of the process.

When I make a cake for a twin birthday or a 9th birthday party, I think about the excitement the kids will feel when they see it. I use premium ingredients like Callebaut chocolate because, aside from looking good, it has to taste like a dream.
