This is where you master your own body. We use calisthenics, gymnastics rings, and bodyweight drills to build functional strength, balance, and control, no machines needed. Classes include progressions for all levels, from your first push-up to advanced skills like muscle-ups and handstands.

Boxing & Kickboxing

Learn to punch, kick, and move with confidence in our high-energy boxing and kickboxing classes. We focus on proper technique, footwork, and self-defense applications, not just cardio. Sessions include pad work, bag drills, and controlled sparring for all skill levels, from age 11 to 50+.

Yoga, Mobility & Mindfulness

Find your balance between strength and serenity. Our classes include Hatha and Ashtanga yoga for flexibility, sound bath meditation for deep relaxation, and mobility drills to improve your range of motion. It's the perfect way to fix your routine, boost your mood, and recover.

Strength & Conditioning

Build raw power with our functional strength and conditioning sessions. We use versatile tools like kettlebells, hex bars for deadlifts, and traditional Indian Mudgars to develop real-world strength. These classes are designed to make you stronger for everyday life and complement your other training.

Dance, Spin & Fun Fitness

Who says workouts can't be a party? Join our Zumba and dance fitness classes to burn calories while grooving to the beat. We also have HSR's first spin studio for high-intensity cardio sessions with an electric atmosphere.
